Healing-Centered Coaching

    Healing-centered coaching invites you to identify how you want to move from here to there, while honoring the healing process that is necessary for transformation. Your path to liberation is guided with care and intention by a coach who holds space just for you. As a coach, Kathryn specializes in working with Black women and leaders of social change networks, nonprofits and foundations. She has supported fellow coaches, executives, and entrepreneurs.

    Healing-centered coaching helps you to know and remember that you can take action to heal and transform. Coaching is for you if you are ready to get free from old stories and limiting beliefs, and learn to trust your Self again. Healing-centered coaching will help you acknowledge your pain so that you can release it and move forward in peace and confidence.

Coaching Offerings

  • An investment of time and intention with ten 50-minute sessions over the course of one year.

    One-on-one sessions are an opportunity for you to bring you to be supported through the challenge and transitions that are part of life. Kathryn holds space for you through deeply engaged listening, asking powerful questions, and guiding you to identify goals that will support your healing and transformation.

    This package includes a separate “discovery session” to establish the relationship between coach and client.

  • An investment of time and intention with five 50-minute sessions over the course of six months.

    One-on-one sessions are an opportunity for you to bring you to be supported through the challenge and transitions that are part of life. Kathryn holds space for you through deeply engaged listening, asking powerful questions, and guiding you to identify goals that will support your healing and transformation.

    This package includes a separate “discovery session” to establish the relationship between coach and client.
